What is Meditation?

Meditation is the practice of relaxing the mind and body to the point where you are able to focus your attention on your innermost thoughts and feelings through breath control and focusing the mind internally rather than externally.

How to get started:
Here at Soul Connection meditation is taught both as a group class and on a one-to-one basis for those prefer to receive private tuition. All courses are run in small classes and are carried out in a relaxed, friendly environment.
